Argo Group confirms voting results from shareholder meeting

The final voting results are now in following the Argo Group International Holdings annual meeting of shareholders, at which all of the underwriter’s director nominees were “overwhelmingly” elected.

Activist shareholder Capital Returns Master withdrew its director nominations prior to the meeting.
