Express Scripts driving me insane

This is going to be a bit of a rant, but I’d appreciate any help on this topic as well. I live in New Hampshire.

I have a balance of $1750 with express scripts and Accredo and they won’t renew my medication until this balance is paid.

I take Otezla for my psoriasis, and it works great. I’ve been using it without issue for the past 2 years

Here is the breakdown of what happened

I called Accredo to fill my prescription on Nov 27. They said it couldn’t be filled because i have a balance of $1750. I asked why i have a balance because I haven’t in all the time i’ve been taking it, and they said my copay card funds have been used up. They sent me to express scripts

I called express scripts and they told my my deductible hasn’t been met, thats why the cost is so high. I asked why, and they said my copay card (or coinsurance as they call it) doesn’t count towards my deductible. WEIRD because on express scripts site it says both my deductible and out of pocket max has been satisfied.

I call my copay assistance program. They swap me to the amgen edge program because my deductible does not count towards my deductible and that is one of the conditions. They send me to call bluecrossblueshield to confirm what express scripts said is accurate regarding my deductible.

I call BCBS. They tell my deductible has been met, and it’s wrong in express scripts system. And i shouldn’t have to pay anything for this medication. They tell me that my copay card DOES count towards my deductible. She says with complete confidence that my copay card counts to deductible, because i told her express scripts said it didn’t. She gets express scripts on a 3way call with me and says they will be sending over paperwork to update my deductible in express system. The express support person agrees that it should all get worked out. BCBS says they will call me on monday with an update.

I call copay assistance program again, they swap me back to the regular copay card program since BCBS confirmed it does go to my deductible. They were rightfully a bit peeved and said they can’t keep swapping me between programs again.

Monday rolls around and no call or update.

Tuesday comes, still no update.

Wednesday, I call express and ask to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor i get is quite rude and basically tells me BCBS is lying to me, it doesn’t count to my deductible, and says BCBS doesn’t know what they are talking about. He says he got no paperwork and sometimes claims take up to 6 months to update in the system so its impossible to tell me what portion of my deductible and out of pocket has been met.

I call again to speak to a supervisor, hoping to get someone nicer. This time the supervisor tells me they don’t have access to look at my deductible so they can’t give me any information. They keep trying to get me to bring my issue to Accredo even though I told them this is how this loop began.

I’ve spent over 9 hours on the phone with these people and I don’t fucking know what i am supposed to do now. I am being bounced between 4 different companies trying to clear this up, and nobody can give me a straight answer or help me. They give me conflicting information and won’t work with eachother so how am i supposed to resolve this? Their solution is always “call XX” and XX changes depending on who i’m currently talking to.

I’m soon to be without the meds my body has fully adjusted to because i can’t pay this stupid balance that likely shouldn’t be there in the first place.
