Chubb has appointed Janet Laing as Global Client Executive within the insurer’s Major Accounts Division, Australia and New Zealand.

Ms Laing is based in Melbourne and will be responsible for providing guidance and leadership to Chubb’s corporate product lines, executing multi-line customer retention and acquisition strategies.

She brings more than 20 years of insurance experience to the role, having previously worked as a broker and more recently on the client side as Head of Group Insurance at Computershare.

“Her wealth of experience in managing complex multinational placements and building flexible, usable insurance programs, makes her uniquely positioned to support our key clients and brokers,” Head of Major Accounts Division, Australia and New Zealand Christian Falkingham said.

“She will be a focal point for clients and brokers to ensure that Chubb continues to meet their needs.”
