My employer is starting open enrollment and having trouble choosing an insurance plan

Out-of-Pocket Limit: $6,800/Individual (In-Network) $8,000/Individual (Out-of-Network)

In-Network Co-pay: 20% Insurance Out-of-Network Co-pay: 40% Insurance

Pharmaceutical Drugs (all): 20% coinsurance (in-network) / person responsible for payment upfront if using out-of-network pharmacy.

Which health insurance should I choose? I am in my thirties. Which will kick in sooner? I am learning towards PPO. Any suggestions or advice would be appreciated. Thanx.
