WTW selects new head of global aerospace line of business

WTW Global Aerospace has announced the appointment of Oyin Heath as a managing director in the newly created role of global head of aerospace line of business. She will report to John Rooley, CEO of WTW Global Aerospace.

Heath joins WTW from PIIQ Risk Partners. She also previously led the UK aerospace team at Marsh.

In her new role, Heath will focus on driving growth and continuing to bring innovative, market-leading products and services to the aerospace industry. Already a significant player in the sector, WTW Global Aerospace has a longstanding ambition to grow further in the segment.

“WTW has embarked on a strong growth trajectory in aerospace, with clients attracted to our client engagement principles, technical prowess and data and analytical skills,” Rooley said. “This allows us to develop class-leading strategies for our customers, backed up with data and science, and developing and enhancing our team in this sector is an important part of our long-term growth objectives. I’m delighted to attract someone of the pedigree and calibre of Oyin and look forward to welcoming her to our global leadership team.”

“Oyin and I have worked together previously, and her passion, drive and ability to get things done is of the highest order,” said Darren Porter, WTW head of Great Britain and Europe, aerospace. “She leads by example in terms of client delivery, professionalism and integrity, and I’m excited to be working with Oyin again as we continue to develop and build on the strong value proposition already in place, with us well-positioned to elevate to the next level.”
