StoneRidge Insurance Brokers finds another broker partner

StoneRidge Insurance Brokers (SIB) has entered into a partnership with Calgary, AB-based brokerage DeJong’s Insurance Ltd.

DeJong’s has been privately owned and operated since 1962 by Tim DeJong and his family. The brokerage has two offices, which specialize in a variety of insurance products, such as personal home & auto, as well as large commercial insurance.

“We are excited to join SIB’s growing presence in western Canada,” said DeJong’s owner and founder Tim DeJong. “We believe partnering with SIB will provide us access to more markets and resources as we continue to provide our customers best-in-class service.”

“DeJong’s is an impressive business and presented a great opportunity for SIB to expand further into Alberta,” added SIB president and CEO Ted Puccini. “We appreciate Tim’s faith in us and are excited for the partnership.”

Puccini also mentioned that in terms of SIB’s full-year prospects on its expansion, the company has completed five transactions to date in 2022 – but he has also hinted that there are six more transactions expected to close within “the next 60 days.”
