Final week for eighth annual Brokers on Underwriting Agencies

Final week for eighth annual Brokers on Underwriting Agencies

Insurance Business’ Brokers on Underwriting Agencies report offers brokers the opportunity to share unique insight into the broker–agency relationship. The underwriting agencies that have best impressed brokers in areas such as turnaround times, broker support and commission structure will be recognised.

The survey will have brokers rate the underwriting agencies’ performance in 11 specialist risk areas such as accident and health, construction, cyber and IT, D&O, management liability, not-for-profit, product liability, professional liability, property, public liability and strata cover.

Underwriting Agencies Council general manager William Legge urges all brokers to complete the survey before it closes this Friday, 2 September.

“The survey shows us which agencies, in brokers’ views, are best performers in various categories and across product lines. More importantly, it helps UAC, as the agencies’ representative body, to target member initiatives to ensure all agencies better meet brokers’ needs,” he said.

The Brokers on Underwriting Agencies 2022 report, proudly sponsored by UAC, will be published on the Insurance Business website in December.
