help me choose a plan between the Aetna copay plan and the UHC Co-insurance plan

hi,

Please help me choose between these 2 plans.

Aetna plan – 500$ deductible. copay 25$ for physicians,50$ for specialists, and coinsurance – 80% , out-of-pocket max -3000$ and the monthly premium is 270$.

United health care- 600$ deductible, plan pays 90% coinsurance for physician, specialist appointments after meeting deductible, Out of pocket max -3000$ and the monthly premium is 145$.

I currently have Aetna PPO with a 500$ deductible and 80% coinsurance plan under my husband’s plan and he is paying around 270$ per month premium for me. Copay 25$ for physicians and 50$ for specialists. out-of-pocket max – 3000

I have recently got a job and my employer is offering very good health plans. UHC 600$ deductible and 90% coinsurance. Premiums are 145$ per month. But I don’t see a copay in this plan. It mentioned 10% coinsurance of physician/ specialist fees after meeting deducitble.

In terms of premium, my employer plan of 145$ per month makes sense. But I do not know how this co-insurance plan works. I worry that as doctor/gynecologist fees are not predictable, I could end up paying 50-100$ for every visit (10% of their fees) and also I think I have to reach 600$ deductible before co-insurance comes into play. Would a plan with fixed COPAY is better than a plan with CO-INSURANCE?
