Cheap Health Insurance That Meets These Requirements? (International Student)

I really need to save as much money as possible. Is there cheaper insurances outside of what temple provides that would meet these requirements? Where should I look? Sorry if the question is stupid as a Canadian I am really lost when it comes to this stuff.

The minimum health insurance coverage as determined by the Department of State is:

A maximum deductible of U.S. $500 per accident or illness

Payment of at least 75% of covered expenses

Medical benefits of at least U.S. $100,000 per accident or illness

Repatriation benefits of at least U.S. $25,000

Medical evacuation benefits of at least U.S. $50,000

But from looking at reddit apparently this isn’t reputable, and I am not even sure if it meets the required minimums. I know that the “best” option would be to just pay the university $500/month, but I am really really tight on money and am taking out crazy loans already, the more I can decrease this burden the better for me.
