Q2 Life, Health and Annuity Earnings Calendar: A Return to Volatility

Wall Street

Ticker symbols are given here below, in parentheses, after each insurer’s name. The ticker symbols are linked to the insurer’s investor relations page.

Insurers usually post quarterly earnings information and other information, such as instructions for listening to conference calls with securities analysts, on the investor relations pages.

Insurers that do not have stock in the hands of large numbers of public investors do not usually have to file quarterly reports with the SEC, and they usually do not hold public quarterly conference calls to discuss their earnings.

But those privately held insurers do file quarterly and annual financial reports with state insurance regulators. Some privately held insurers post their statutory filings in the “about us” or “financial strength” sections on their websites.

Agents, advisors and others can also get the statutory filings through commercial data providers, such as AM Best and S&P Global Market Intelligence.
