Meet the LUMINARIES Class of 2022 Finalists

We are extremely pleased to present the LUMINARIES Class of 2022 Finalists, who are being recognized this year for the many dynamic and inclusive ways they are driving the wealth, investment and retirement industry forward.

An evolution of our Broker-Dealers of the Year awards, the LUMINARIES program is now in its second year. It aims to highlight how top-performing industry participants — both firms and individuals — produce meaningful results through efforts that matter most to advisors in Community Impact; Diversity, Equity & Inclusion; Executive Leadership; and Thought Leadership & Education.

“By sharing experiences and successes, we help each other,” said Tonia Bottoms, a LUMINARIES winner in 2021, managing director and senior managing counsel for BNY Mellon’s Pershing. By involving firms who may be in a different place in their journey, these awards “shed light by helping to elevate their views and understanding” about opportunity and change in the advice business and financial services overall, she explained.
