Quit my job and now need to buy healthcare on the marketplace: Confused TX Resident

Hey all,

I am looking for a little guidance on some of the options for health care on the marketplace. I am a 31 years old single male. Recently quit my job to take some time off. My options appear to be from about $250/mo for a high deductible plan to $450/mo for a more traditional PPO plan.

The biggest concern I have is the network. The plans seems helpful, but I can't seem to figure out what doctors I can and cannot go to to receive the benefits. The actual plan websites have an in-network search tool but you have to select the plan, and none of the plan names match what I am choosing in the healthcare marketplace.

The last thing I want is to pay $450/mo and then still not be covered to actual get healthcare when I need it.

I've tried to figure it out on my own but it is very confusing to navigate, and I am afraid of making a mistake which is preventing me from signing up, but my deadline for open enrollment due to life event is rapidly coming to a close and I don't want to get stuck uninsured the rest of 2022.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
