Who took over Guardian Life Insurance?

Gryphon Group Holdings UK financial services giant ReAssure acquired Guardian in 2016 and renamed it ReAssure Life Limited. ReAssure subsequently sold the Guardian brand to Gryphon Group Holdings, which launched Guardian as a new protection insurance provider in 2018.
